“Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

Hope is not in this world or in the things of this world. Our hope is in Jesus Christ, our Resurrected Savior. Jesus is God’s revealed hope to us. We know and believe that when He walked out of the tomb 2,000 years ago, we today can leave death and darkness behind in that empty grave. We now walk with Him in a peaceful, glorious light. The great stone of death and condemnation has been rolled away. The Holy Spirit breathes the Peace of God and the Joy of a Resurrected Life into our hearts because of our faith in the living hope of Christ.

Believing in Jesus Christ and the Hope of His Salvation gives us all the reason to laugh a little louder, smile a bit bigger, hug a little tighter, and love a lot deeper. Let us live today in the abundant hope that our Salvation affords us. Let the power of the Holy Spirit overflow our spiritual cup with hope, joy, peace, patience, endurance, and belief in our Risen Savior. Go out today and let the hope of Jesus Christ become contagious to those around us. Reflect joy and peace through the Holy Spirit to spread the joy of Salvation to everyone we encounter.
