Billy was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in Hamilton, Ohio. He graduated from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee with a Bachelors of Church Administration. Billy is currently working to further his education with a Master of Ministry Management from Anderson University. Billy is married to Lynse Jump, who is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina and has a private practice in Anderson, SC.
